Membership in the association will be finalized with the decision of the Board of Directors and the payment of the fee.

Requirements for membership in the Urological Surgery Association:

1. Copy of identity card,

2. Any document showing that you have received urology specialization training;

i) Ministry of Health approved Urology Specialization Certificate

ii) A document from the institution head showing that those working as urology specialists in an institution are employed,

iii) For freelancers, a document from the Medical Chamber showing that they are practicing as a urology specialist,

3. One 4.5 x 6 photo

After filling out this form, you can apply for membership by sending the necessary documents, your resume, list of publications, and fee payment receipt to our association’s address.

Membership Fees:

Our members need to deposit the membership fee of 100 TL into the bank account below and send the receipt along with the documents by courier.
